Yoga with Katrina is a unique space dedicated to the practice of yoga. With over 25 years of experience, Katrina has learned to appreciate the full depth of yoga, beyond the physical dimensions typically understood. She believes that the journey of yoga can form a significant part of one's mental and physical wellbeing.
While she leads an active lifestyle with cycling, running, walking, and sea swimming, a shift in her life and work priorities led Katrina to delve deeper into yoga. A physical injury acted as a catalyst, allowing her to expand her understanding of yoga on a more personal, intimate level.
Her exploration of yoga coincided with a community role where she worked holistically with clients to facilitate physical, mental, and social wellbeing. This led to a desire not just to understand yoga, but to also impart this knowledge to others.
Yoga with Katrina has therefore been created out of a desire to share the enlightening path of yoga to others. What had initially begun as a personal journey has become an endeavour to share the transformative potential of yoga with her community.
